When used with the flat washer, it adds and additional 1-3/4” vertical adjustment to the FinStand

The Nylon Hex Nut is used to do fine - tuned adjustments to the FinCap or JAWS chairs. Combined with the flat washer, the nut is screwed on the all - thread to allow for easy adjustments to hit high F - numbers.
